OTIS escorts billions of people to their destinations every day with their elevators and escalators.
They wanted an ‘always on’ digital campaign to help with brand awareness for when no other campaigns were running. This needed to speak to a wide mix of audiences; passengers, building residents, facilities managers, building owners, architects… etc.
The campaign needed to have longevity with a wide selection of messaging and imagery.
Four key pillars were identified to group the messaging and targeting within the campaign: Service, Design & Safety, Comfort and Technology with the campaign being built around ‘Living the high life’ and playing on the word ‘High’ pairing it with a series of scrolling keywords.
